Watch the short but hilarious clip that will have you laughing and change how you view donuts.
As it has been said many times before, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While Im not always one to go along with popular opinion, I would have to agree that breakfast is of utmost importance. It basically fuels the rest of your day. Dont eat breakfast, or at least ingest some form of nutrients? Youre probably going to be struggling until lunch, and maybe even beyond that meal.
Now, one of the big reasons why Im such a proponent of breakfast is that it is the meal with the most delicious, mouth-watering foods, and its not even close. There is an assortment of breakfast cereals, pancakes, waffles, fruits, fruit juice, oatmeal, and a lot of other things Im forgetting. However, we all know that when it comes to breakfast, the donut comes out on top, every time.
In a clip posted on YouTube, Dustin makes the case that the delicious breakfast treat is proof that God is real and does exist. Needless to say, Dustin is a big fan of donuts.
Donuts probably mean too much to me, he said. Like, they hit me on, like, a belief level. Theyre more than pastry, theyre truth. Do you understand? I have them, I like, Hallelujah, hallelujah. The tomb is empty, and the donut box is full, amen.
Later in the clip, Dustin mentioned that at one point, he used to work with an atheist and would regularly get into debates with this person about Gods existence. He would use the donut as a teaching aid to help bolster his argument.
One day I went simple with him, he added. I brought donuts into work, and then I brought him into the breakroom. And I was like, See, what more proof do you need? Is your postmodern enlightened mind going to tell me that Cheerios evolved into these donuts? I dont think so.
1 Corinthians 10:31So, then if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
