The Love of Jesus Family Church of the Caldwells (“LOJ Caldwell”) is a nondenominational family church established in December 2013 by Pastor Todd Drayton and his wife Trina. LOJ Caldwell is the tenth branch of The Love of Jesus Ministries, which was founded by Dr. Jason Alvarez, in the early 1980s.
Like its parent church, LOJ Caldwell shares an overall vision to teach, preach, heal and bring freedom to those helplessly snared within life’s many bondages. To that end, we support various missions’ outreaches, including prison ministry.

At LOJ Caldwell, we believe that Christians are called to be servants and leaders, not only in their homes and on their jobs, but in their surrounding communities, nation and world. We therefore find different ways to invest our time, talent and treasure to aid a worthy cause. However, the common thread running throughout is this: we are passionate about demonstrating God's unfailing love to our world.
We also believe in a strong and solid family foundation. We understand the importance of investing in our next generation of young people, who will become the leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, we provide various ministerial outreaches designed to encourage our youth to develop a sincere and strong relationship with the Lord, independent of their parents. To aid in that effort, we have an amazing children’s and youth ministry, headed by Pastor Todd’s wife, Trina.
Our order of service is traditional in the sense that praise and worship is usually followed by prayer, announcements, a time of giving and then a message from our pastor. However, there is nothing routine about our worship experience or the dynamic and insightful teaching Pastor Todd delivers every Sunday.
At LOJ Caldwell, we believe that every living organism will grow, and that growth, along with maturity, is visible. Ours is a desire to grow in spiritual maturity, knowledge and wisdom. Out of this desire arises Pastor Todd’s mandate to teach Christians who they are in Christ and just how real and limitless the authority and power of God is. Perhaps the culmination of this mission becomes evident when those who are taught become firmly rooted and grounded in the Word of God, and thereafter begin reaching out and teaching others the same principles.
